Our Ingredients

It all begins with the ingredients we choose from all around Sri Lanka. We’ve partnered with local farmers, growers and processors to source their freshest and best. From our much loved Dilmah Exceptional Ceylon tea to the exotic cinnamon and bees honey; they’re selectively sourced to deliver the best grab n’ go experience.

An example of how we pursue our great taste is with our Matcha Green Iced Tea which is created with almond milk, fresh avocado and honey. Each ingredient brings a unique taste sensation that reflects the rich origins and a burst of refreshment.

We use locally sourced eggs and premium butter made with fresh sweet cream and slow churned for creamier texture and richer flavour, and our farm fresh cream cheese is made to order for each hand crafted product we create.

Our Chefs

Our band of merry men, consisting of a variety of personalities working under such tight quarters, are able to pull off some great brews and food. Showcasing their individual flare and all out love for food they take pride in every meal they prepare.
